Saturdays at 10:30am.  First class is free.
Additional classes are $10 each.

Alignment to Strength

A mix of gentle yoga and postural exercises, this class is a great way to decompress from the day or get you ready for your favorite athletic endeavor.  We will work on proper breathing, improve posture and strengthen weak muscles.  The bottom line is you will leave every class feeling stronger, more flexible and lighter on your feet.

Thursdays at 5pm.  First class is free!
